The Saeyang e-files are robust and reliable little machines - but every now and again after a lot of use the cable can give out on you leaving intermittent power - or worse no power at all!
It's a really easy fix, and we sell the replacement cables on our website here. The process is as simple as unscrewing a cap, pulling out the cable and plugging a new one in. Ben's put together a quick video on how to swap the cable out below.
As you can see, it's really easy! We even suggest keeping a spare cable on hand if your e-file is a necessity of your working day.
