Cleaning tips

Whilst we're here it's worth talking about cleaning and maintenance! The best way to keep your bits in best condition is to use an ultrasonic cleaner which works through high-frequency sound waves transmitted through liquid to scrub clean the surface of the immersed bits. If you need your bits sterilised you would then want to use an autoclave and after all of this make sure that your bits are completely dry before use. If you insert wet bits into the handpiece this could cause moisture to form on the inner mechanisms of the handpiece which will eventually cause rust. We also suggest using dust caps when in use to help prevent dust getting into your handpiece through the front end.
